Bu koşullar, Selenly LLC tarafından sunulan Duello uygulamasını kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın.

1. Uygunluk

Duello 18 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar içindir. Uygulamayı kullanarak 18 yaşından büyük olduğunuzu beyan edersiniz.

2. Hizmet

Duello, iki kişinin aynı soruları cevaplayıp birbirinin cevabını tahmin ettiği bir soru oyunudur. Günlük soru, bölümler ve temalı paketler içerir. İçerik ve özellikler zamanla değişebilir.

3. Hesap

Apple ile giriş yapabilir veya misafir olarak devam edebilirsiniz. Hesabınızla yapılan etkinlikten ve cihazınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.

4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Hizmeti kötüye kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz: taciz, tehdit, nefret söylemi, yasa dışı veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerik girmemek; sistemlere veya diğer kullanıcılara müdahale etmemek; hizmeti otomatik araçlarla veya izinsiz amaçlarla kullanmamak.

5. Sizin içerikleriniz

Sorulara verdiğiniz cevaplar size aittir. Hizmeti çalıştırabilmemiz için (cevabı eşinize göstermek, ortak odada günlük cevap geçmişini tutmak, yapay zekâ ile şık/değerlendirme üretmek) bu içeriği işlememize yönelik sınırlı bir izin vermiş olursunuz. İçeriğinizi reklam, reklam takibi veya satış amacıyla kullanmayız.

6. Abonelik, tek seferlik satın alma ve ödeme

• Ücretli ürünler App Store veya Google Play üzerinden satın alınır ve yönetilir. Her ürünün güncel fiyatı, süresi ve dahil ettiği özellikler satın alma ekranında gösterilir.
• Premium abonelik; aktif olduğu sürece satın alma ekranında belirtilen ortak günlük cevap arşivi, seri geçmişi ve istatistikleri ile ayrıntılı sonuç/değerlendirme gibi süregelen özelliklere erişim sağlar. Abonelik, mağazada görünen yenileme tarihinde iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik yenilenir.
• “Tüm Paketler”, satın alma ekranında belirtilen soru paketlerini tekrarlayan ödeme olmadan açan ayrı bir tek seferlik üründür. Aboneliğe bağlı süregelen özellikleri veya gelecekteki paketleri, satın alma ekranında açıkça belirtilmedikçe kapsamaz.
• Bir eşin uygun satın alımı, eşleştirilmiş ortak odada ilgili erişimi iki eş için açar.
• Tanıtım teklifi varsa süresi, fiyatı ve uygunluk koşulları mağaza/satın alma ekranında dinamik olarak gösterilir; uygunluğu Apple veya Google belirler.
• Aboneliği cihazınızdaki mağaza hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. Ücretlendirme ve iadeler kullandığınız mağazanın koşullarına tabidir.

7. Yapay zekâ özellikleri

Uygulama, çeldirici şıklar üretmek ve tahminleri değerlendirmek için yapay zekâ kullanır. Yapay zekâ çıktıları her zaman kusursuz olmayabilir; oyun ve eğlence amaçlıdır.

8. Fikri mülkiyet

Uygulamanın kendisi, tasarımı, soru bankası ve markası Selenly LLC'ye aittir; izinsiz kopyalanamaz veya dağıtılamaz.

9. Sorumluluğun sınırlanması

Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur; kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışma garantisi verilmez. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

10. Fesih

Koşulları ihlal etmeniz halinde erişiminizi sınırlayabiliriz. Siz de dilediğiniz an hesabınızı silerek kullanımı sonlandırabilirsiniz.

11. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar, Selenly LLC'nin tabi olduğu yürürlükteki yasalara göre yorumlanır. Zorunlu tüketici hakları saklıdır.

These terms govern your use of Duello, provided by Selenly LLC. By using the app you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

Duello is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using the app you confirm that you are over 18.

2. The service

Duello is a question game in which two people answer the same questions and guess each other's answers. It includes a daily question, chapters, and themed packs. Content and features may change over time.

3. Accounts

You may sign in with Apple or continue as a guest. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the security of your device.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no harassment, threats, hate speech, or unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights; no interfering with the systems or other users; and no using the service with automated tools or for unauthorized purposes.

5. Your content

The answers you provide are yours. To operate the service (showing your answer to your partner, keeping shared daily-answer history in the room, and generating AI decoys/grading), you grant us limited permission to process that content. We do not use your content for advertising, advertising tracking, or sale.

6. Subscriptions, one-time purchases & payment

• Paid products are purchased and managed through the App Store or Google Play. Each product's current price, duration, and included features are shown at checkout.
• While active, a Premium subscription provides the recurring features shown at checkout, such as the shared daily-answer archive, streak history and statistics, and detailed results/analysis. It renews automatically unless cancelled by the renewal date shown by the store.
• “All Packs” is a separate one-time product that unlocks the question packs identified at checkout without recurring billing. It does not include subscription-only recurring features or future packs unless the checkout screen expressly says so.
• An eligible purchase by either partner unlocks the corresponding access for both partners in the paired shared room.
• If an introductory offer is available, its duration, price, and eligibility are displayed dynamically by the store/checkout; Apple or Google determines eligibility.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your device's store-account settings. Billing and refunds are subject to the terms of the store you use.

7. AI features

The app uses AI to generate decoy options and grade guesses. AI output may not always be perfect; it is for play and entertainment.

8. Intellectual property

The app itself, its design, question bank, and brand belong to Selenly LLC and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

10. Termination

We may limit your access if you breach these terms. You may end your use at any time by deleting your account.

11. Governing law

These terms are interpreted under the applicable laws to which Selenly LLC is subject. Mandatory consumer rights are reserved.

3. Konten

Sie können sich mit Apple anmelden oder als Gast fortfahren. Sie sind für die Aktivitäten in Ihrem Konto und für die Sicherheit Ihres Geräts verantwortlich.

4. Zulässige Nutzung

Sie verpflichten sich, den Dienst nicht zu missbrauchen: keine Belästigung, Drohungen, Hassrede oder rechtswidrigen Inhalte bzw. Inhalte, die Rechte Dritter verletzen; keine Eingriffe in die Systeme oder die Nutzung durch andere; und keine Nutzung des Dienstes mit automatisierten Werkzeugen oder zu unbefugten Zwecken.

5. Ihre Inhalte

Die von Ihnen gegebenen Antworten gehören Ihnen. Für den Betrieb des Dienstes (Anzeigen Ihrer Antwort für Ihren Partner, Aufbewahren des gemeinsamen Verlaufs der Tagesantworten im Raum sowie Erzeugen von KI-Ködern/Bewertungen) räumen Sie uns eine beschränkte Erlaubnis zur Verarbeitung dieser Inhalte ein. Wir verwenden Ihre Inhalte nicht für Werbung, Werbe-Tracking oder Verkauf.

6. Abonnements, Einmalkäufe & Zahlung

• Kostenpflichtige Produkte werden über den App Store oder Google Play gekauft und verwaltet. Der aktuelle Preis, die Laufzeit und die enthaltenen Funktionen jedes Produkts werden beim Bezahlvorgang angezeigt.
• Solange es aktiv ist, bietet ein Premium-Abonnement die beim Bezahlvorgang angezeigten wiederkehrenden Funktionen, etwa das gemeinsame Archiv der Tagesantworten, Serienverlauf und Statistiken sowie detaillierte Ergebnisse/Analysen. Es verlängert sich automatisch, sofern es nicht bis zu dem vom Store angezeigten Verlängerungsdatum gekündigt wird.
• „Alle Pakete“ ist ein separates Einmalprodukt, das die beim Bezahlvorgang genannten Fragenpakete ohne wiederkehrende Abrechnung freischaltet. Es umfasst keine nur im Abonnement enthaltenen wiederkehrenden Funktionen und keine zukünftigen Pakete, sofern der Bezahlbildschirm dies nicht ausdrücklich angibt.
• Ein berechtigter Kauf durch einen der beiden Partner schaltet den entsprechenden Zugang für beide Partner im verbundenen gemeinsamen Raum frei.
• Wenn ein Einführungsangebot verfügbar ist, werden Laufzeit, Preis und Berechtigung dynamisch vom Store/Bezahlvorgang angezeigt; über die Berechtigung entscheidet Apple oder Google.
• Sie können ein Abonnement in den Store-Kontoeinstellungen Ihres Geräts verwalten oder kündigen. Abrechnung und Erstattungen unterliegen den Bedingungen des von Ihnen genutzten Stores.

7. KI-Funktionen

Die App nutzt KI, um Köder-Optionen zu erzeugen und Tipps zu bewerten. KI-Ausgaben sind nicht immer perfekt; sie dienen dem Spiel und der Unterhaltung.

8. Geistiges Eigentum

Die App selbst, ihr Design, ihre Fragendatenbank und ihre Marke gehören Selenly LLC und dürfen ohne Erlaubnis nicht kopiert oder verbreitet werden.

9. Haftungsbeschränkung

Der Dienst wird „wie besehen“ bereitgestellt, ohne Garantie für einen unterbrechungs- oder fehlerfreien Betrieb. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haften wir nicht für mittelbare Schäden, die aus der Nutzung der App entstehen.

10. Beendigung

Wir können Ihren Zugang einschränken, wenn Sie gegen diese Bedingungen verstoßen. Sie können die Nutzung jederzeit beenden, indem Sie Ihr Konto löschen.

11. Anwendbares Recht

Diese Bedingungen werden nach dem anwendbaren Recht ausgelegt, dem Selenly LLC unterliegt. Zwingende Verbraucherrechte bleiben unberührt.

12. Änderungen & Kontakt

1. Requisitos

Duello está dirigido a usuarios mayores de 18 años. Al usar la app confirmas que tienes más de 18 años.

2. El servicio

Duello es un juego de preguntas en el que dos personas responden las mismas preguntas y adivinan las respuestas de la otra. Incluye una pregunta del día, capítulos y packs temáticos. El contenido y las funciones pueden cambiar con el tiempo.

3. Cuentas

Puedes iniciar sesión con Apple o continuar como invitado. Eres responsable de la actividad de tu cuenta y de la seguridad de tu dispositivo.

4. Uso aceptable

Te comprometes a no hacer un uso indebido del servicio: nada de acoso, amenazas, discurso de odio ni contenido ilegal o que infrinja los derechos de otras personas; no interferir con los sistemas ni con otros usuarios; y no usar el servicio con herramientas automatizadas ni con fines no autorizados.

5. Tu contenido

Las respuestas que proporcionas son tuyas. Para operar el servicio (mostrar tu respuesta a tu pareja, guardar el historial compartido de respuestas diarias en la sala y generar señuelos y puntuaciones con IA), nos concedes un permiso limitado para tratar ese contenido. No usamos tu contenido con fines publicitarios, de seguimiento publicitario ni de venta.

6. Suscripciones, compras únicas y pago

• Los productos de pago se compran y gestionan a través del App Store o Google Play. El precio actual, la duración y las funciones incluidas de cada producto se muestran en el momento del pago.
• Mientras está activa, una suscripción Premium ofrece las funciones recurrentes mostradas en el momento del pago, como el archivo compartido de respuestas diarias, el historial y las estadísticas de rachas y los resultados/análisis detallados. Se renueva automáticamente salvo que se cancele antes de la fecha de renovación indicada por la tienda.
• «Todos los packs» es un producto independiente de pago único que desbloquea los packs de preguntas identificados en el momento del pago, sin cobros recurrentes. No incluye las funciones recurrentes exclusivas de la suscripción ni los packs futuros, salvo que la pantalla de pago lo indique expresamente.
• Una compra válida realizada por cualquiera de los dos miembros de la pareja desbloquea el acceso correspondiente para ambos en la sala compartida emparejada.
• Si hay una oferta introductoria disponible, su duración, precio y requisitos se muestran de forma dinámica en la tienda/pantalla de pago; Apple o Google determinan quién cumple los requisitos.
• Puedes gestionar o cancelar una suscripción en los ajustes de la cuenta de la tienda de tu dispositivo. La facturación y los reembolsos están sujetos a los términos de la tienda que utilices.

7. Funciones de IA

La app usa IA para generar opciones señuelo y puntuar las suposiciones. Los resultados de la IA pueden no ser siempre perfectos; su finalidad es el juego y el entretenimiento.

8. Propiedad intelectual

La propia app, su diseño, su banco de preguntas y su marca pertenecen a Selenly LLC y no pueden copiarse ni distribuirse sin permiso.

9. Limitación de responsabilidad

El servicio se presta «tal cual», sin garantía de funcionamiento ininterrumpido o libre de errores. En la medida en que lo permita la ley, no somos responsables de los daños indirectos derivados del uso de la app.

10. Terminación

Podemos limitar tu acceso si incumples estos términos. Puedes dejar de usar el servicio en cualquier momento eliminando tu cuenta.

11. Legislación aplicable

Estos términos se interpretan conforme a la legislación aplicable a la que está sujeta Selenly LLC. Quedan a salvo los derechos imperativos de los consumidores.

3. Comptes

Vous pouvez vous connecter avec Apple ou continuer en tant qu'invité. Vous êtes responsable de l'activité sur votre compte et de la sécurité de votre appareil.

4. Utilisation acceptable

Vous vous engagez à ne pas faire un usage abusif du service : pas de harcèlement, de menaces, de discours haineux, de contenu illicite ou portant atteinte aux droits d'autrui ; pas d'interférence avec les systèmes ou les autres utilisateurs ; et pas d'utilisation du service avec des outils automatisés ou à des fins non autorisées.

5. Votre contenu

Les réponses que vous fournissez vous appartiennent. Pour faire fonctionner le service (afficher votre réponse à votre partenaire, conserver l'historique partagé des réponses du jour dans la salle et générer les leurres/notations par IA), vous nous accordez une autorisation limitée de traiter ce contenu. Nous n'utilisons pas votre contenu à des fins publicitaires, de suivi publicitaire ou de vente.

6. Abonnements, achats uniques & paiement

• Les produits payants sont achetés et gérés via l'App Store ou Google Play. Le prix actuel, la durée et les fonctionnalités incluses de chaque produit sont affichés au moment du paiement.
• Tant qu'il est actif, un abonnement Premium donne accès aux fonctionnalités récurrentes affichées au moment du paiement, telles que l'archive partagée des réponses du jour, l'historique des séries et les statistiques, ainsi que les résultats/analyses détaillés. Il se renouvelle automatiquement sauf annulation avant la date de renouvellement indiquée par la boutique.
• « Tous les packs » est un produit distinct à paiement unique qui débloque les packs de questions identifiés au moment du paiement, sans facturation récurrente. Il n'inclut pas les fonctionnalités récurrentes réservées à l'abonnement ni les packs futurs, sauf mention expresse sur l'écran de paiement.
• Un achat éligible effectué par l'un des deux partenaires débloque l'accès correspondant pour les deux partenaires dans la salle partagée associée.
• Si une offre de lancement est disponible, sa durée, son prix et les conditions d'éligibilité sont affichés dynamiquement par la boutique/l'écran de paiement ; Apple ou Google détermine l'éligibilité.
• Vous pouvez gérer ou annuler un abonnement dans les réglages du compte de la boutique de votre appareil. La facturation et les remboursements sont soumis aux conditions de la boutique que vous utilisez.

7. Fonctions d'IA

L'application utilise l'IA pour générer des options leurres et noter les propositions. Les résultats de l'IA ne sont pas toujours parfaits ; ils sont destinés au jeu et au divertissement.

8. Propriété intellectuelle

L'application elle-même, son design, sa banque de questions et sa marque appartiennent à Selenly LLC et ne peuvent être copiés ni distribués sans autorisation.

9. Limitation de responsabilité

Le service est fourni « en l'état », sans garantie de fonctionnement ininterrompu ou exempt d'erreurs. Dans la mesure permise par la loi, nous ne sommes pas responsables des dommages indirects résultant de l'utilisation de l'application.

10. Résiliation

Nous pouvons limiter votre accès si vous enfreignez ces conditions. Vous pouvez mettre fin à votre utilisation à tout moment en supprimant votre compte.

11. Droit applicable

3. Akun

5. Konten Anda

6. Langganan, pembelian sekali bayar & pembayaran

• Produk berbayar dibeli dan dikelola melalui App Store atau Google Play. Harga terkini, durasi, dan fitur yang termasuk untuk setiap produk ditampilkan saat pembayaran.
• Selama aktif, langganan Premium menyediakan fitur berulang yang ditampilkan saat pembayaran, seperti arsip jawaban harian bersama, riwayat dan statistik streak, serta hasil/analisis terperinci. Langganan diperpanjang secara otomatis kecuali dibatalkan sebelum tanggal perpanjangan yang ditampilkan oleh toko.
• “Semua Paket” adalah produk sekali bayar terpisah yang membuka paket pertanyaan yang disebutkan saat pembayaran tanpa tagihan berulang. Produk ini tidak mencakup fitur berulang khusus langganan atau paket mendatang kecuali layar pembayaran secara tegas menyatakan demikian.
• Pembelian yang memenuhi syarat oleh salah satu pasangan membuka akses yang sesuai bagi kedua pasangan di ruangan bersama yang dipasangkan.
• Jika tersedia penawaran perkenalan, durasi, harga, dan kelayakannya ditampilkan secara dinamis oleh toko/layar pembayaran; Apple atau Google yang menentukan kelayakan.
• Anda dapat mengelola atau membatalkan langganan di pengaturan akun toko perangkat Anda. Penagihan dan pengembalian dana tunduk pada ketentuan toko yang Anda gunakan.

7. Fitur AI

Aplikasi ini menggunakan AI untuk membuat pilihan tiruan dan menilai tebakan. Keluaran AI mungkin tidak selalu sempurna; keluaran ini ditujukan untuk permainan dan hiburan.

8. Kekayaan intelektual

Aplikasi itu sendiri, desainnya, bank pertanyaan, dan mereknya adalah milik Selenly LLC dan tidak boleh disalin atau didistribusikan tanpa izin.

9. Batasan tanggung jawab

Duello è un gioco di domande in cui due persone rispondono alle stesse domande e indovinano le risposte dell'altro. Comprende una domanda del giorno, capitoli e pacchetti a tema. Contenuti e funzionalità possono cambiare nel tempo.

3. Account

Può accedere con Apple o continuare come ospite. Lei è responsabile dell'attività svolta sul Suo account e della sicurezza del Suo dispositivo.

4. Uso consentito

Lei si impegna a non fare un uso improprio del servizio: niente molestie, minacce, discorsi d'odio, contenuti illeciti o contenuti che violano i diritti altrui; nessuna interferenza con i sistemi o con altri utenti; nessun utilizzo del servizio tramite strumenti automatizzati o per scopi non autorizzati.

5. I Suoi contenuti

Le risposte che fornisce Le appartengono. Per far funzionare il servizio (mostrare la Sua risposta al Suo partner, conservare la cronologia condivisa delle risposte giornaliere nella stanza e generare sosia/valutazioni tramite IA), Lei ci concede un'autorizzazione limitata a trattare tali contenuti. Non utilizziamo i Suoi contenuti per pubblicità, tracciamento pubblicitario o vendita.

6. Abbonamenti, acquisti una tantum e pagamento

• I prodotti a pagamento vengono acquistati e gestiti tramite l'App Store o Google Play. Il prezzo corrente, la durata e le funzionalità incluse di ciascun prodotto sono indicati al momento dell'acquisto.
• Finché è attivo, un abbonamento Premium fornisce le funzionalità ricorrenti indicate al momento dell'acquisto, come l'archivio condiviso delle risposte giornaliere, la cronologia e le statistiche delle serie e i risultati/analisi dettagliati. Si rinnova automaticamente salvo disdetta entro la data di rinnovo indicata dallo store.
• “Tutti i pacchetti” è un prodotto una tantum separato che sblocca i pacchetti di domande indicati al momento dell'acquisto, senza addebiti ricorrenti. Non include le funzionalità ricorrenti riservate all'abbonamento né i pacchetti futuri, salvo che la schermata di acquisto lo indichi espressamente.
• Un acquisto idoneo effettuato da uno dei due partner sblocca l'accesso corrispondente per entrambi i partner nella stanza condivisa abbinata.
• Se è disponibile un'offerta introduttiva, la sua durata, il prezzo e i requisiti di idoneità vengono mostrati dinamicamente dallo store/dalla schermata di acquisto; l'idoneità è stabilita da Apple o Google.
• Può gestire o disdire un abbonamento nelle impostazioni dell'account store del Suo dispositivo. Fatturazione e rimborsi sono soggetti ai termini dello store che utilizza.

7. Funzioni di IA

L'app utilizza l'IA per generare opzioni sosia e valutare le ipotesi. I risultati dell'IA potrebbero non essere sempre perfetti; sono destinati al gioco e all'intrattenimento.

8. Proprietà intellettuale

L'app stessa, il suo design, la banca di domande e il marchio appartengono a Selenly LLC e non possono essere copiati o distribuiti senza autorizzazione.

9. Limitazione di responsabilità

Il servizio è fornito "così com'è", senza garanzia di funzionamento ininterrotto o privo di errori. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, non siamo responsabili per danni indiretti derivanti dall'utilizzo dell'app.

10. Cessazione

Possiamo limitare il Suo accesso in caso di violazione dei presenti termini. Lei può cessare l'utilizzo in qualsiasi momento eliminando il Suo account.

11. Legge applicabile

I presenti termini sono interpretati secondo le leggi applicabili a cui è soggetta Selenly LLC. Restano salvi i diritti inderogabili dei consumatori.

1. 利用資格

Duelloは18歳以上のユーザーを対象としています。アプリを利用することで、お客様は18歳を超えていることを確認したものとみなされます。

2. サービス内容

Duelloは、2人が同じ質問に答え、お互いの答えを予想する質問ゲームです。今日の質問、チャプター、テーマ別パックが含まれます。コンテンツおよび機能は今後変更されることがあります。

3. アカウント

Appleでサインインするか、ゲストとして続けることができます。お客様は、ご自身のアカウント上の行為および端末のセキュリティについて責任を負います。

4. 適切な利用

お客様は、サービスを不正に利用しないことに同意します。すなわち、嫌がらせ、脅迫、ヘイトスピーチ、違法なコンテンツや他者の権利を侵害するコンテンツの投稿、システムや他のユーザーへの妨害、自動化ツールによる利用や許可されていない目的での利用を行わないものとします。

5. お客様のコンテンツ

お客様が提供する回答はお客様のものです。サービスの運営（パートナーへの回答の表示、ルーム内での共有デイリー回答履歴の保持、AIによるダミー生成／採点）のため、お客様は当社に対し、当該コンテンツを処理する限定的な許可を付与します。当社は、お客様のコンテンツを広告、広告トラッキング、または販売に使用しません。

6. サブスクリプション、買い切り購入、および支払い

• 有料商品は、App StoreまたはGoogle Playを通じて購入・管理されます。各商品の現在の価格、期間、および含まれる機能は購入画面に表示されます。
• プレミアムサブスクリプションは、有効期間中、共有デイリー回答アーカイブ、連続記録の履歴と統計、詳細な結果／分析など、購入画面に表示される継続的な機能を提供します。ストアに表示される更新日までに解約しない限り、自動的に更新されます。
• 「全パック」は、購入画面で特定された質問パックを継続課金なしで解放する、別個の買い切り商品です。購入画面に明示的な記載がない限り、サブスクリプション限定の継続的な機能や将来のパックは含まれません。
• いずれかのパートナーによる対象購入により、ペアになった共有ルーム内の両パートナーに対応するアクセスが解放されます。
• 初回オファーが提供されている場合、その期間、価格、および対象条件はストア／購入画面に動的に表示されます。対象かどうかはAppleまたはGoogleが判断します。
• サブスクリプションは、お使いの端末のストアアカウント設定から管理または解約できます。請求および返金は、ご利用のストアの規約に従います。

7. AI機能

本アプリは、ダミーの選択肢の生成および予想の採点にAIを使用します。AIの出力は常に完璧とは限りません。あくまで遊びと娯楽を目的としたものです。

8. 知的財産

アプリ本体、そのデザイン、質問バンク、およびブランドはSelenly LLCに帰属し、許可なく複製または配布することはできません。

9. 責任の制限

本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供され、中断やエラーのない動作を保証するものではありません。法律で認められる範囲において、当社はアプリの利用から生じる間接的な損害について責任を負いません。

10. 利用の終了

お客様が本規約に違反した場合、当社はお客様のアクセスを制限することがあります。お客様は、アカウントを削除することでいつでも利用を終了できます。

11. 準拠法

本規約は、Selenly LLCが従う適用法に基づいて解釈されます。強行法規に基づく消費者の権利は留保されます。

3. 계정

4. 허용되는 이용

귀하는 서비스를 악용하지 않는 데 동의합니다. 괴롭힘, 협박, 혐오 발언, 불법 콘텐츠나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠를 게시하지 않으며, 시스템이나 다른 이용자를 방해하지 않고, 자동화 도구를 사용하거나 허가되지 않은 목적으로 서비스를 이용하지 않습니다.

5. 귀하의 콘텐츠

귀하가 제공한 답은 귀하의 것입니다. 서비스 운영(상대에게 답 표시, 방 안에 공유 데일리 답 이력 보관, AI 가짜 보기 생성/채점)을 위해 귀하는 당사에 해당 콘텐츠를 처리할 제한적인 권한을 부여합니다. 당사는 귀하의 콘텐츠를 광고, 광고 추적 또는 판매에 사용하지 않습니다.

6. 구독, 일회성 구매 및 결제

• 유료 상품은 App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 구매하고 관리합니다. 각 상품의 현재 가격, 기간 및 포함된 기능은 결제 화면에 표시됩니다.
• 프리미엄 구독은 활성 상태인 동안 공유 데일리 답 아카이브, 연속 기록 이력과 통계, 상세 결과/분석 등 결제 화면에 표시된 정기 기능을 제공합니다. 스토어에 표시된 갱신일까지 해지하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신됩니다.
• "모든 팩"은 결제 화면에 명시된 질문 팩을 정기 결제 없이 여는 별도의 일회성 상품입니다. 결제 화면에 명시적으로 표시되지 않는 한, 구독 전용 정기 기능이나 향후 출시될 팩은 포함되지 않습니다.
• 두 사람 중 한 명의 유효한 구매로 연결된 공유 방의 두 사람 모두에게 해당 이용 권한이 열립니다.

1. Elegibilidade

O Duello é destinado a usuários com 18 anos ou mais. Ao usar o app, você confirma que tem mais de 18 anos.

2. O serviço

O Duello é um jogo de perguntas em que duas pessoas respondem às mesmas perguntas e tentam adivinhar as respostas uma da outra. Inclui uma pergunta do dia, capítulos e pacotes temáticos. O conteúdo e os recursos podem mudar com o tempo.

3. Contas

Você pode entrar com a Apple ou continuar como convidado. Você é responsável pela atividade na sua conta e pela segurança do seu dispositivo.

4. Uso aceitável

Você concorda em não fazer uso indevido do serviço: nada de assédio, ameaças, discurso de ódio ou conteúdo ilegal ou que viole direitos de terceiros; não interferir nos sistemas nem em outros usuários; e não usar o serviço com ferramentas automatizadas ou para fins não autorizados.

5. Seu conteúdo

As respostas que você fornece são suas. Para operar o serviço (mostrar sua resposta ao seu par, manter o histórico compartilhado de respostas diárias na sala e gerar iscas/avaliações por IA), você nos concede uma permissão limitada para tratar esse conteúdo. Não usamos seu conteúdo para publicidade, rastreamento publicitário ou venda.

6. Assinaturas, compras únicas e pagamento

• Os produtos pagos são comprados e gerenciados pela App Store ou pelo Google Play. O preço atual, a duração e os recursos incluídos de cada produto são exibidos no momento da compra.
• Enquanto ativa, a assinatura Premium oferece os recursos recorrentes exibidos no momento da compra, como o arquivo compartilhado de respostas diárias, o histórico e as estatísticas de sequência e os resultados/detalhes completos. Ela renova automaticamente, a menos que seja cancelada até a data de renovação mostrada pela loja.
• "Todos os Pacotes" é um produto separado, de pagamento único, que libera os pacotes de perguntas identificados no momento da compra, sem cobrança recorrente. Não inclui os recursos recorrentes exclusivos da assinatura nem pacotes futuros, a menos que a tela de compra diga isso expressamente.
• Uma compra elegível feita por qualquer um dos dois libera o acesso correspondente para ambos na sala compartilhada pareada.
• Se houver uma oferta introdutória disponível, sua duração, preço e elegibilidade são exibidos dinamicamente pela loja/tela de compra; a Apple ou o Google determinam a elegibilidade.
• Você pode gerenciar ou cancelar uma assinatura nas configurações da conta da loja no seu dispositivo. Cobranças e reembolsos estão sujeitos aos termos da loja que você usa.

7. Recursos de IA

O app usa IA para gerar opções de isca e avaliar palpites. O resultado da IA pode não ser sempre perfeito; ele serve para o jogo e o entretenimento.

8. Propriedade intelectual

O próprio app, seu design, seu banco de perguntas e sua marca pertencem à Selenly LLC e não podem ser copiados ou distribuídos sem permissão.

9. Limitação de responsabilidade

O serviço é fornecido "no estado em que se encontra", sem garantia de funcionamento ininterrupto ou livre de erros. Na medida permitida por lei, não nos responsabilizamos por danos indiretos decorrentes do uso do app.

10. Rescisão

Podemos limitar o seu acesso se você violar estes termos. Você pode encerrar o uso a qualquer momento excluindo sua conta.

11. Lei aplicável
